COUNTRY INFORMATION

Complex / Bright / Clean & Juicy

The Republic of Honduras country in Central America bordered to the West by Guatemala, to the Southwest by El Salvador, to the Southeast by Nicaragua. At its Southern point it just touches the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Fonseca, and to the North it has a Caribbean coastline at the Gulf of Honduras.

Known for its rich natural resources, including various minerals, sugar cane and tropical fruit. It is the largest coffee producer in Central America.

Honduras has a challenging climate for coffee production with heavy rainfall, which makes sourcing great coffee difficult, but when we find a coffee that stands out we’re rewarded with complex lively acidity, bright and juicy with hints of cocoa.
