The coffee comes from Finca La Arada one of the newest (relatively speaking) and most progressive / experimental farms in El Salvador.
The farm is owned and managed by Maria Lidia Rodriguez Chacon and her husband Cristobal.
La Arada was one of hundreds of farms in the area that became part of a central project to aid small farms with limited production to learn and process their own cherry.
All our coffee is sold as whole beans, which we recommend for optimum flavour and freshness. If you don’t own a grinder you can buy one here, or you can specify that you’d like us to grind it for you in your Basket.
